I have a "high idle." That's the easiest way to explain my compulsive desire to draw, draw, draw. My late friend Aminah Robinson gifted me a leather booklet of handmade pages with just that imperative: draw. Most evening, I fill sketchbooks with charcoal lines. Other evenings I add ink I make from black walnuts that litter the trails. Here is just a sampling. Feel free to ask about other subjects. Or suggest them!
